PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely swiftly detachably attach a cover to the opening of a pressure vessel. SOLUTION: A cover clamping device of a pressure vessel includes: pressure parts 2 for pressing the cover against the opening; and a cylinder part 6 for applying a pressing force to the pressure parts 2. In the cover clamping device, a pair of rods 3 and 3' for holding the pressure parts 2 is provided, the rods 3 and 3' are mutually rotatively supported in parallel to hold a plurality of pressure parts 2, and the cylinder part 6 rotates the rods 3 and 3' to apply the pressing force to each of the pressure parts 2.
