An inspection lamp for the outer surface of a vehicle is provided to examine the defect of the outer surface of a vehicle through the change of interval and direction of a plurality of light rays irradiated in the outer surface of the vehicle. An inspection lamp for the outer surface of a vehicle comprises: a housing(11) in which an optical source is combined inside; an optical filter(13) in which a transparent portion(13A) an opaque portion(13B) are arranged by turns; a support(14) combined in the housing; a base(15) combined in the support stand; and a controller(16) controlling the optical source. The color of the light ray irradiated in the optical source is changed.
