PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination system in which it is determined, on the basis of information read out of a medium in which an identifier is recorded, whether or not omission or contamination occurs.SOLUTION: An additional code is calculated by means of exchangeable calculation using an identifier read out of an identification medium for each of a plurality of identification groups which divide a plurality of identification media; an identification code is generated on the basis of an identifier; and for each identification medium, additional information including an additional code of a group to which it belongs and an identification code of another identification medium belonging to th group is generated. The identification medium stores additional information in accordance with a group to which the identification medium itself belongs. On the basis of additional information read out of the identification medium, a reading table in which the identifier and additional information are associated with each other is created; classification in which an identification medium belonging to each group is classified is performed; and when, for each group, a result of exchangeable calculation performed to an identifier read out of an identification medium belonging to the group and an additional code read out of the identification medium coincide with each other, it is determined that omission or contamination does not occur in the group. |
