<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for recovering fluorine, which can stably recover high-purity CaF<SB>2</SB>from a PFCs cracked gas by detoxifying of a dry type. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises passing a decomposition product gas through a first fluorine recovery agent comprising a calcium salt compound and a second fluorine recovery agent comprising a sodium salt compound in series to react, measuring and detecting the weight change of both agents, stopping the supply of the decomposition product gas viewing the time of detecting an inflection point of the total weight change as a reaction ending time period, and at the same time recovering the fluorine component from the fluorine recovering agents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
