The present invention relates to a facility controlling system for the cultivation of crops and, more specifically, to a facility controlling system for the cultivation of crops capable of controlling cultivating equipment installed on a facility using either of an on-site controller installed on the facility and a residential controller installed in a residence wherein a user lives by interlocking the on-site controller and residential controller. To achieve the same, in the facility controlling system for the cultivation of crops including cultivating equipment including a pump, electric heating appliances, and a lighting device installed on the facility for the cultivation of crops and the on-site controller installed on one side of the facility to control the cultivating equipment, the present invention is characterized by additionally including the residential controller installed in remote residence to communicate with the on-site controller and formed to have a shape and functions identical those of the on-site controller; and a manipulation signal control unit receiving equipment manipulation signals from the residential controller to control corresponding equipment with the on-site controller after checking that the control signals are for which equipment among the cultivating equipment by analyzing the received manipulation signals.
