For this purpose monoethanolamine and formaldehyde or paraform are mixed in mole ratio 1:2, resulting mixture undergoes the ultrasonic impact in the frequency range 21.5-22.0 KHz during 0.5-1.0 hrs at the temperature 20-100C.
