An electrode guide assembly for electric discharge machine is provided to prevent damage to the electrode guide due to excessive pressure by fixing the electrode guide with constant pressure. An electrode guide assembly for electric discharge machine comprises a gripper(200), an electrode guide fixing unit, and an actuator. An electrode guide(100) supporting an electrode can be combined in the gripper. The electrode guide fixing unit fixes the electrode guide in case the electrode guide is combined in the gripper. The actuator pulls the fixing unit back and forth to be combined with the electrode guide. The fixing unit includes a slider which horizontally moves in the operation of the actuator, and a cam including a lever contacting with the slider and a protrusion opposite the lever.
