The present invention relates to aqueous anti-corrosive and high weatherproof silicone acrylic paints using dissolved hydrogen water, which does not include an organic solvent harmful to the body, which is environmentally friendly, and has excellent mechanical strength at room temperature, and excellent anti-bacteria, anti-corrosion and anti-fouling properties. The aqueous anti-corrosive and high weatherproof silicone acrylic paints using dissolved hydrogen water according to the present invention is manufactured by mixing 10-20 wt% of dissolved hydrogen water; 30-40 wt% of silicon acrylic resin; 30-35 wt% of titanium dioxide (TiO2); 1-2 wt% of zinc powder; 11.2-13.0 wt% of additives; 1-2.5 wt% of rare earth resources; 2.5-3.5 wt% of a thickener; and 0.1-1 wt% of an anti-foaming agent, wherein the dissolved hydrogen water has pH 7.5-8.0, an oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) value of -250 mv to -450 mv, and 400-1,000 ppb of dissolved hydrogen. |
