A METHODOLOGY OF BUSINESS PROCESS MODELING AND PROCEDURES MANAGEMENT IN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT PROJECT

The present invention relates to a method for business process modeling and procedure document management in a nuclear power plant. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: establishing a process classification system by classifying management target business into a large classification process (mega process), a medium classification process (major process), and a small classification process (unit process) in consideration of the business of the entire life cycle of a nuclear power plant; extracting a product of the corresponding field business from the established process, determine a process chain among the large classification process, the medium classification process, and the small classification process, a unit process list, and a process role, define a nuclear power plant construction project management standard functional organization to distinguish a main agent of the business in the established process, and define the process role after comparison between the standard functional organization and a nuclear power plant actual organization and division/integration processes; designing a unit process using the determined process chain, unit process list, and process role and modeling a unit process design result after inputting the established process classification system and the process role into a process modeling computer system if there is the process modeling computer system; and preparing an empty electronic document for automatic generation of a procedure document according to mapping rules by the computer system and automatically generating and outputting an electronic procedure document by inputting process information mapped according to the mapping rules into elements of the empty electronic document.
