The present invention relates to an observation system and an observation method for safety of elevator users using a mobile communications network and a smartphone, comprising: a first step of transmitting, by a smartphone, a protection request message to an elevator transmission device installed outside of an elevator through near-field communications (NFC); a second step of sensing, by the elevator transmission device, entry of the smartphone into the elevator and establishing a data session with a CCTV installed within the elevator; a third step of receiving, by the elevator transmission device, captured image data from the CCTV in real time and transmitting the same to a manager terminal; a fourth step of transmitting, by the manager terminal, the captured image data to a management server in real time through a wired communications network; a fifth step of receiving, by the management sever, protector phone number data and observation mode progression message and subsequently completing connection to a protector mobile terminal having the protector phone number data as identification number through a call connection request and a data session request; and a sixth step of re-transmitting, by the management server, the captured image data to the protector mobile terminal in real time through the mobile communications network. |
