摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor compression type heat pump which can keep a temperature of a heat medium supplied to an external load, at a proper value.SOLUTION: In the vapor compression type heat pump 1 including IGV 21 for regulating a flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into a compressor 3, a heat production heat exchanger 6 for heating warm water supplied to the external load by the refrigerant compressed by the compressor 3, an expansion valve 9 for expanding the refrigerant guided from the heat production heat exchanger 6, an evaporator 5 for evaporating the refrigerant guided from the expansion valve 9 by heat exchange with heat source water, and a control part 7 for controlling a rotational frequency of the compressor 3, an opening of the IGV 21 and an opening of the expansion valve 9, the control part 7 controls the rotational frequency of the compressor 3 on the basis of a warm water outlet temperature Tb in the heat production heat exchanger 6 while approximately fully opening the IGV 21, in a case when the refrigerant is compressed to a supercritical state by the compressor 3.
