<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair type traction therapy apparatus performing comfortable traction therapy, and suppressing side pains of a person to be treated by reducing force applied to the side part of the person. <P>SOLUTION: The chair type traction therapy apparatus includes a chair portion which includes a seat portion and a backrest portion and is provided so as to be raised and brought down through reclining means with respect to a base portion mounted on a floor surface, and the chair type traction therapy apparatus tracts the lumbar of the person to be treated by moving the seat portion in the direction of separating from the backrest portion. In the chair type traction therapy apparatus, by a backrest portion free lock function for preventing the backrest portion 6 from sliding toward the seat portion direction during traction therapy, friction force generated on the contact surface of a backrest seat and the back part of the person to be treated is utilized, and the force applied to an abutting portion of a side pad 8 and the side part of the person to be treated during the traction therapy is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
