The present invention relates to a slide hinge device which has improved safety and reliability, and which enables miniaturization and slimness to be achieved. The slide hinge device includes: a first slide hinge part including a stopper groove and a guide rail; a second slide hinge part partially receiving the guide rail, the second slide hinge being slidably moved along the guide rail; and a stopper member including a stopper body, one end of which is connected to the back surface of the second slide hinge part, and the other end of which is elastically and movably disposed on a free end, and a stopper protrusion integrally bent from the other end of the stopper body and disposed on the lateral end of the second slide hinge part, such that the stopper protrusion is selectively restricted by the stopper groove. |
