PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation management system and program.SOLUTION: A reservation management system includes: a reservation acquisition unit which acquires information showing reservation desired period from a user; a storage unit which stores use history that associates a reservation finish time of day identified from the reservation desired period with a use finish time of day when the use actually finishes; a prediction unit which predicts predictive difference on the basis of the reservation finish time of day identified from the reservation desired period acquired by the reservation acquisition unit and the use history stored by the storage unit; and an occupancy period setting unit which sets an occupancy period on the basis of the reservation desired period acquired by the reservation acquisition unit and the predictive difference predicted by the prediction unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
