PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a communication load in the remote monitoring server of building facility equipment.SOLUTION: A remote monitoring server 40 is connected via a communication line to each of building terminal equipment 20 and own company center terminal equipment 50 and other company center terminal equipment 70. Then, the remote monitoring server 40 receives and stores the abnormality information of the building facility equipment from the building terminal equipment 20. The own company center terminal equipment 50 and the other company center terminal equipment 70 perform access to the remote monitoring server 40 at predetermined time intervals, and make a distribution request of the abnormality information to be handled by a management center. The remote monitoring server 40 extracts and replies the abnormality information to be handled by the management center in response to the distribution request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
