PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat source system management device or the like for increasing an energy efficiency of a heat source system.SOLUTION: A heat source system management device 100 comprises a heat demand estimation upper limit value calculation part 1032 by adding an estimation error to a heat demand estimation value in respect to a heat source system 200 to calculate the heat demand estimation upper limit value; an operation plan making part 1033 for making an operation plan for the heat source system 200 so as to cause heat of the heat demand estimation upper limit value to be supplied to demand facility; a surplus stored heat calculation part 1034 for subtracting heat calorie consumed at the demand facility from the heat demand estimation upper limit value to repeat processing to calculate the surplus heat storage amount; and an operation plan changing part 1035 for sequentially changing the operation plan by decreasing a future operation rate of a freezer to cancel the surplus heat storage calorie.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
