The present invention relates to a recycling apparatus of a jelly filled waste communication cable for recovering copper with high purity by separating jelly and polyethylene from the jelly filled waste communication cable and a recycling method using the same. The recycling apparatus of the jelly filled waste communication cable and the method using the same according to the present invention improve an energy saving effect by removing the jelly at normal temperature and pressure conditions and recover the copper with high purity by separating the jelly from the waste communication cable without a complicated device. Also, the present invention recovers the copper with high purity by simply, quickly, and completely removing the polyethylene from the copper by centrifugal force using a high speed rotation unit and an internal container on a mesh.
