Provided are an X-ray photographing device and an operating method thereof. The X-ray photographing device includes an X-ray generating device generating X-rays; an X-ray detecting device detecting the X-rays penetrating through an object; and panels which are arranged between the X-ray generating device and X-ray detecting device and are capable of being in contact with the object. The distance between a central axis of the X-ray generating device and the X-ray detecting device is uniform. The angle of the X-rays from the X-ray generating device to the object changes as time passes.
