The present invention relates to a wave load reduction device for a floating offshore structure. The wave load reduction device includes: multiple floats which float on the surface of the sea to reduce the wave loads; connectors connecting the floats with each other; multiple fixing weights fixing the position of each of the floats and connectors. The wave load reduction device is rigidly installed on an offshore structure floating on an ocean or is installed to be spaced apart from the floating offshore structure. The wave load reduction device also includes at least two types of floats with different weights. Accordingly, the present invention can efficiently reduce the wave loads applied onto the floating offshore structure at a low cost.
