PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording-head recovery system capable of suppressing generation of an ink reservoir on an ink discharge surface with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A recovery system of recording-heads 17a to 17c includes: wipers 35a to 35c; a drive mechanism; and a control section 110. The control section 110 is capable of executing recovery operations of the recording-heads 17a to 17c including a first ink pushing out operation for forcibly pushing out ink 22; a first wiping operation for wiping off purge ink 22b, and a second wiping operation for moving the wipers 35a to 35c in a direction opposite to the direction of an arrow A. Each of the wipers 35a to 35c includes a first wiping surface 35d, a second wiping surface 35e, and a top face 35f. In the top face 35f, a first step section L1 is formed to be higher from a first upper end section 35g side of the first wiping surface 35d toward a second upper end section 35h side of the second wiping surface 35e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21 |
