PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant information acquisition system, a plant information acquisition device, and plant information acquisition method which are capable of acquiring information of a plant at a low cost by acquiring the information of the plant based on the color of the surface of the plant from image data obtained by capturing the image of the plant.SOLUTION: Color information showing the color of a plant is acquired from image data obtained by capturing an image by an imaging element 11 of a plant information acquisition device 1. Plant information having correlation with the color information is acquired from the color information on the basis of correlation.
