<p>The present invention relates to a communication terminal to receive a multimedia chunk, a method of controlling the same, and a recording medium recording a program for executing the method of controlling the same. The method of controlling a communication terminal receiving a multimedia chunk, which is divided into time units, from a real-time broadcasting server according to the present invention includes setting a start chunk number according to a selected input of a user; receiving a play list including a predetermined number of chunk address from the real-time broadcasting server; receiving the chunk by sequentially requesting the chunk from the chunk corresponding to the start chunk number to the real-time broadcasting server by using each chunk address included in the received play list and temporarily storing the chunk for playing; and starting to sequentially play from the chunk corresponding to the start chunk number received from the real-time broadcasting server.</p> |
