<p>Disclosed are a method for providing content in a content transmission system and an apparatus therefor. According to the present invention, since a cache device cannot recognize a packet used to process transmission and reception of content in a core network, a switching device converts the packet into a form recognizable by the cache device and subsequently transmits the same to the cache device. Also, when the cache device completely processes the corresponding packet, for example, completes duplicating and storing of the content, the cache device transmits the packet to the switching device. Upon receiving the packet, the switching device restores the packet into a form used in the core network and transmits the corresponding packet. Thus, without damaging information of the original packet input to the cache device, the packet may be transformed into a packet that can be recognizable by the cache device such that the cache device may perform required processing on the corresponding packet. Since the present invention can be sold on a market and can be repeatedly realized, therefore being considered industrially applicable.</p> |
