PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate resin black matrix with high precision, which not only achieves a sufficient optical density in a thin film state but has a low reflectance, a high resistance value and high reliability.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a laminate resin black matrix substrate is provided, which includes steps of: forming a low optical density layer by applying a black resin composition (BM1) comprising (A1) a non-photosensitive alkali-soluble resin, (B1) a black pigment and (C1) a solvent on a transparent substrate; forming a high optical density layer by applying a black resin composition (BM2) comprising (A2) a photosensitive alkali-soluble resin, (B2) titanium nitride and/or titanium oxynitride, (C2) a solvent, (D) a photopolymerizable monomer and/or a photopolymerizable oligomer, and (E) a photopolymerization initiator having a specific structure on the low optical density layer; and forming a laminate resin black matrix by exposing and developing the layers of the low optical density layer and the high optical density layer. |
