PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration piece capable of adjusting a resonance frequency while achieving downsizing by shortening vibration arm sections.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibration piece 3 includes a first vibration arm unit 31 and a second vibration arm unit 32 extended in a longitudinal direction L and arranged side by side in a width direction W and weight sections 31B, 32B formed on tips of respective vibration arm units 31, 32 so that widths in the width direction W are wider than body sections 31A, 32A of the respective vibration arm units 31, 32. Weight metal films 40 are formed on the surfaces of the weight sections 31B, 32B. Each weight metal film 40 has a first metal film 41 and a second metal film 42, the second metal film 42 is formed thinner than the first metal film 41 and a part of the second metal film 42 is formed on the surface of the first metal film 41 so as to be overlapped to the first metal film 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
