PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the change tolerance of an oscillation frequency to a temperature change etc.SOLUTION: A radio terminal includes: an amplifier circuit 11 which amplifies an input stepwise pulse signal; a small antenna 12, connected to an output terminal of the amplifier circuit 11, the equivalent circuit of which is a series connection configuration of a capacitor and a resistor; an inductor 13, connected to the output terminal of the amplifier circuit 11, for removing the imaginary component of impedance which the small antenna 12 has; a feedback amplifier circuit 15, connected between the output terminal and the input terminal of the amplifier circuit 11, for amplifying a pulse signal output from the amplifier circuit 11, and for feeding back to the amplifier circuit 11 with the same phase as the pulse signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
