PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure excellent image quality by effectively suppressing the occurrence of image disturbance.SOLUTION: A fixing device includes a heating member, a fixing belt heated by the heating member and formed like an endless belt, first fixing means coming into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the fixing belt, second fixing means coming into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the fixing belt and located on the upstream side from the first fixing means in the conveyance direction of a paper sheet, a nip forming member located between the first fixing means and the second fixing means and coming into contact with the fixing belt, and a pressure member coming into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the fixing belt and coming into press-contact with the first fixing means, the second fixing means, and the nip forming member through the fixing belt. The nip forming member includes a pressing member pressing the pressure member through the fixing belt and a holding plate guiding the pressing member. |
