<p>The present invention relates to a non-allergenic polyurushiol powder and a method for preparing the same. The non-allergenic polyurushiol powder can remove allergenic characteristics peculiar to urushiol and maintain antibiotic, insect-proof, and anti-fungal characteristics by containing: urushiol; an anti-oxidant; and at least one material selected from the group consisting of silanes, titanias, and isocyanates.
