PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image inspection data creation device, an image inspection data creation program and an image inspection data creation method for creating data by comparing an image expressed by page data to be printed with an image expressed by print data to be output to a printer obtained by converting the page data.SOLUTION: When a difference page image is created by comparing a page image to be inspected with an inspection page image, attribute information in the image region of the page image to be inspected and the image region of the inspection page image corresponding to the difference page image is acquired from the page image data to be inspected and the inspection page image data such that difference page image attribute information as an inspection result is created.
