<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed wiring board which can achieve high shield effect while maintaining high impedance-matching properties and transmission loss.SOLUTION: A flexible printed wiring board with a shield function includes a flexible dielectric layer, a signal line pattern layer laminated on one side of the dielectric layer, and a ground layer laminated on the other side of the dielectric layer. The signal line pattern layer has a signal line, and shield wiring disposed continuously to surround the signal line. Preferably, the ground layer is solid, the average interval in the thickness direction between the signal line and ground layer is 25-200μm, the average width of the signal line is 25-500μm, the apparent dielectric constant of the dielectric layer is 2.0-4.0, the average thickness of the signal line and shield wiring is 5-40μm, and the average interval in the width direction of the signal line and shield wiring is 50-1000μm.</p> |
