<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the wavy deformation of a composite sheet in which an inner liner and a chafer are conjugated.SOLUTION: A composite sheet forming process comprises a joint step which forms a composite sheet by lapping and jointing an inside edge of a sheet-shaped chafer to both-end edges of a sheet-shaped inner liner 11N in which a first rubber sheet 11aN formed in a first rubber rolling step and a second rubber sheet 11bN formed in a second rubber rolling step are overlapped on each other. The composite sheet forming process includes an MSR determination step which measures the MSR of a stress alleviation test of second rubber prior to the second rubber rolling step, and only when an MSR value is not smaller than a reference value, inputs the rubber into the second rubber rolling step.</p> |
