摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a bidirectional transceiver device capable of transmitting transmitted and received signals by integrating a surface emission laser and an optical detector. The present invention transmits and receives the transmitted and received signals to one optical fiber at the same time by vertically integrating the surface emission laser and the optical detector. The bidirectional transceiver device which integrates the surface emission laser on the upper part for transmission and the optical detector for reception on the lower part transmits the transmitted signals by emitting light having a short wavelength, which is emitted from the surface emission laser which is a transmitting unit, to an upper direction. The optical detector which is a receiving unit enables light having an incident wavelength to receive the received signals in a lower direction by penetrating the surface emission laser. The transmitting unit for penetrating the received signals into the transmitting unit comprises an energy gap without absorption for a received wavelength. The transmitting unit comprises a nonreflecting layer for non-reflection on a boundary with air for the wavelength of the received signals and an absorption layer for preventing the reception of an emission wavelength of the transmitting unit to the receiving unit. The receiving unit has the energy gap capable of absorbing the wavelength of the received signals and is composed of the nonreflecting layer without the reflection of the received signals on the boundary. The transmitting unit and the receiving unit are bonded to be in alignment with light emission and an absorption window.</p>
