AN OPTIMIZATION METHOD OF INTERVIEW SCHEDULE AND THE SYSTEM FOR THE SAME

The present invention relates to an optimization method of a layout and to a system for the same for manufacturing all products in a layout process including a reentering process. The restriction conditions of the present invention include: i) whether to arrange the device; ii) whether to arrange the device in a specific location; iii) whether to be adjacent to specific devices; iv) the number of devices adjacent to a specific device; v) that a vFlow of a purpose function has a positive value when the specific devices are adjacent; and vi) that the distribution load value between the specific devices is the sum of the vFlows of the devices to be arranged between specific devices. The present invention minimizes the movement frequency of a product due to optimizing a process by using a mixed integer linear programing (MILP) so as to prevent the generation of distribution bottleneck.
