<p>Disclosed are a method and a device of notifying an absence state through an Internet protocol (IP) phone service, capable of simply transmitting a text message of notifying the absence state, which is preset by a user, to an outgoing terminal from an IP telephone focused on voice communication. The method of notifying the absence state through the IP phone according to the present invention includes the steps of: providing a message input window according to a setting instruction; storing the absent message input through the message input window in a memory; and extracting the absence message from the memory if the absence state is confirmed in relation to an Internet phone call input through the IP phone module to transmit the absence message to a terminal to input the Internet phone call.</p> |
