<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-heating cooker capable of cooking delicious food in a time saving manner without troubling a user.SOLUTION: A pressure-heating cooker includes: a body 1 having an opening on the top face; a lid body 10 for opening/closing the opening of the body 1; a pot-shaped container 5 housed inside the body 1; heating means for heating the pot-shaped container 5; pressure adjusting means for adjusting the pressure inside the pot-shaped container 5; an operation part capable of giving at least one or more instructions on presence/absence of pressure, a pressure strength level, a heating time, kinds of food materials, a cooking method, and an automatic cooking menu; and control means 8 for controlling the heating means and the pressure adjusting means, and performing a cooking process according to the content of the instructions received by the operation part. The control means 8 includes a first heating process in which the inside of the pot-shaped container 5 is heated by a first pressure higher than atmospheric pressure in the cooking process, and a second heating process in which the inside of the pot-shaped container 5 is heated by a second pressure lower than the first pressure.</p> |
