PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device excellent in cleanability and design of a rear surface of a toilet seat. ! SOLUTION: In a toilet seat device 1 having a toilet seat 2 attached to the top face of a toilet bowl so as to be opened and closed by rotation, a front contact part 22 and a rear contact part 23 arranged behind the front contact part 22 are formed on a rear surface 21 facing the toilet bowl of the toilet seat 2. The front contact part 22 and the rear contact part 23 project in the direction which is the toilet bowl side when the toilet seat 2 is closed.
