PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display driver IC, devices including the same, and methods of operating these.SOLUTION: A display driver IC comprises: an oscillator configured to generate a first clock signal; and a frequency compensation circuit configured to calculate a frequency of the first clock signal using a second clock signal that is input from the outside of the display driver IC, and to generate an adjustment signal using the calculated frequency and a target frequency. The oscillator is configured to adjust the frequency of the first clock signal on the basis of the adjustment signal.
