The present invention relates to a negative brake. According to the present invention, a negative brake comprises: a parking oil pump; a solenoid valve coupled to the output side of the parking oil pump; a switch relief valve coupled to the output side of the solenoid valve; a service brake coupled to the input and output side of the switch relief valve receiving service oil from a service oil line; and a parking brake coupled to the output side of the switch relief valve receiving parking oil from the parking oil pump. Therefore, the negative brake is capable of preventing sudden braking by allowing oil (pressure) injected into the parking brake to gradually be discharged even if an engine or an electrical system in a vehicle driven at high speeds is abnormal; thus preventing safety accidents from occurring, and the parked parking brake can be unparked by receiving the service oil. |
