PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method of accurately coating a paper roller by using a water-based coating.SOLUTION: In a coating method of a paper feeding roller, while a paper feeding roller body 100 in a horizontal posture is rotated about its center axis, a water-based coating is sprayed to the paper feeding roller body 100 to form a base coating layer on an outer peripheral surface of the paper feeding roller body 100. Then, while a paper feeding roller body 100A held in a horizontal posture is rotated about its center axis, powders are sprayed on a surface of the base coating layer from a horizontal direction to form a powder layer. Powder discharge amount is controlled by a powder discharge amount control portion 6A according to dimensions of the paper feeding roller body, so that the paper feeding roller accurately coated can be obtained. |
