PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a high-frequency signal to propagate at a small passage loss and reflection loss in a bent part from a substrate plane direction to a vertical direction.SOLUTION: Upper insulator blocks 18A and 18B composed of a thick conductor connected to ground potential are arranged adjacent to an upper anti-pad region 15A of a surface of an upper ground plane 16A. In this case, in order to ensure that, of electric capacitance components generated between an upper conductor pad 13A and the ground potential via the upper anti-pad region 15A, compared with an extending electric capacitance component CXA generated along an extending direction X of an upper high-frequency signal line 14A, orthogonal electric capacitance components CA and CB generated along an orthogonal direction Y orthogonal to the extending direction X becomes large, the upper insulator blocks 18A and 18B are arranged at both side positions of the upper conductor pad 13A and also at one position and the other position in the orthogonal direction Y. |
