PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array substrate and an organic light-emitting display device including the array substrate.SOLUTION: An array substrate includes: a substrate; a buffer layer arranged on the substrate; a first insulation film arranged on the buffer layer; a second insulation layer arranged on the first insulation film; a plurality of wiring patterns arranged while being separated from each other on the second insulation film; and a recessed pattern arranged so as to be adjacent to the wiring pattern.
