PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the volume of clothes in a rotary drum during a drying operation, and to control a drum rotation direction so that the clothes inside the rotary drum become easily approachable to an electrode irrespective of the volume of the clothes inside the rotary drum.SOLUTION: A circulation air outlet is provided at a body 1 rear part and, in a body front view, at a left part (or a right part). A drum rotation direction is controlled in such a manner that clothes in a rotary drum 2 become easily approachable to an electrode sensor configured from a second electrode 8 provided at a lower part of the rotary drum 2 side of a transparent drum opening/closing plate 5 and the rotary drum 2, that is, a first electrode, according to the volume of the clothes in the rotary drum 2. |
