PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-in device and a built-in method of a green case which can suppress deformation of a bead part that may be generated upon fitting a green case to a built-in device in a tire manufacturing process. ! SOLUTION: In a green case built-in device 1 which comprises an outside holding part 3 for holding a green case G from the outer peripheral side and an inside support part 5 for supporting the green case G from inside, the inside support part 5 includes a support shaft 7 and an annular flange 9, the annular flange 9 is for expanding to the radial direction outside and fitted with a bead part B, to seal the inner space of the green case G, while the outside holding part 3 holds the green case G from the outer peripheral side, and the outside holding part 3 maintains a holding state until gas is supplied into the inner space of the sealed green case G. !
