PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll paper holder in which a part of the shaft is made elastically movable when paper is pulled out, in which the roll face is thereby made to take an oblique posture relative to an external force direction, assisting oblique cutting of the paper, and in which a series of operations can be done entirely in one hand. ! SOLUTION: A part of the shaft is made elastically movable at the point of time exceeding a fixed load. As a result, the full width face of the roll paper obliquely moves correspondingly to an external force direction C relative to the paper that is pulled out. Thus, a tensile force required for paper cutting is made lopsided to one end, thereby making the paper cutting to be easily done by effectively using the perforation. !
