The present invention relates to a CPU cooling apparatus using stirling cooling. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the CPU cooling apparatus using stirling cooling includes: a linear compressor which compresses operation gas within a compression space due to the operation of a piston by a linear motor; a stirling cooling unit which has an expansion space for expanding the operation gas to be moved according to the compression of the compression space; and a cooling pin which is secured on a CPU and installed around the expansion space.
