<p>The invention provides a welding method employing a dual-electrode plasma torch; in a welding process of the dual-electrode plasma torch, concaves generated on a tail portion of a welding object is further prevented, poor welding on two end portions is further improved, and a front end joint can be simply dismounted, so a welding seam is in a good shape in a welding beginning scope. In the welding method employing the dual-electrode plasma torch, a rear end joint is arranged, when backward electrode finishes welding on the rear end of the welding object and stops plasma electric arc, plasma electric arc of an frontward electrode is continued. The frontward electrode is used for preheating and then the backward electrode is used for penetration welding, or firstly uses the frontward electrode to carry out penetration welding and then uses the backward electrode for common welding. The front end joint is placed to a standby position through a front end joint drive unit, when a front end of a moving direction y of the welding target material W abuts against a front end face of the front end joint, or before or after the contact, the plasma electric arc of the frontward electrode and the backward electrode are started.</p> |
