The present invention relates to a visual checking device for a tensile force of a permanent anchor provided in the soft ground. The visual checking device includes a tension member inserted in a grout hole; a bearing plate placed at an inlet of the grout hole; a tension head for fixing a position of a free end of the tension member from an upper portion of the bearing plate in a state in which the tension member is tensioned; a resilient member interposed between the tension head and the bearing plate and restoring the tension head to its original shape when the tensile force of the tension member is decreased; and a tensile force checker for checking and displaying a spaced distance of the tension head from the bearing plate by the restoring force of the resilient member. |
