The present invention relates to a pulley for a drive device including: a main rotary body coupled to a drive belt to be rotated with the drive belt; an insertion hole formed by penetrating the main rotary body along a first shaft to have a rotary shaft inserted; and an injection hole formed by penetrating the main rotary body along a second shaft perpendicular to the first shaft, a drive device, and a substrate transfer device including the same. According to the present invention, the pulley for a drive device includes the injection hole to inject a lubricant such that the lubricant is easily injected without separating the pulley and the rotary shaft, thereby saving the effort and time required for maintenance and repair.
