<p>A novel penal preparing method is provided to obtain 3-[3-(4-fluorophenyl)-1-(1-methylethyl)-1H-indole-2-yl]-2-propenal through a simple process with high yield. A method for preparing 3-[3-(4-fluorophenyl)-1-(1-methylethyl)-1H-indole-2-yl]-2-propenal represented by a formula(1) comprises a step of reacting 3-(4-fluorophenyl)-1-isopropyl-1H-indole represented by a formula(2) with propioaldehyde represented by a formula(4) at a temperature of 0-25 deg.C in the presence of an acid. Further, the acid is SnCl4.</p> |
