<p>The present invention, as a liquid flavor that has condensed a reaction product generated from a reaction of a liquid reaction material in a heat supplier where the surface temperature is maintained at 150-400°C, similarly recreates a flavor generated from a food cooking process and provides a device and a method of manufacturing a liquid flavor of a direct heating type that has low contents of harmful substances such as benzopyrene. The device thereby enables users to produce processed food, health functional food, or medicine with the flavor generated from the original food cooking process without the harmful components.</p> |
